Cycle Bar is a high-energy spin class that combines challenging intervals with upbeat music. It's like being in a nightclub for group fitness! With the music, lights, and energy in the roomβ it really does feel like you're at a fitness party. The classes are 45 minutes long and are led by high-energy instructors who bring the hype.
It's mostly cardio, so it's a great way to get your heart rate up. You'll work your legs and core, and leave drenched in sweat.

Alchemy is the least intense class in our lineup and is great for those who enjoy going at their own pace. It has more of a traditional gym feel with the dumbbells, bars, bands, and free weights.
Classes are full of people from all different stages in their fitness journey, and the instructors are very helpful with correcting form and teaching new techniques.
Alchemy classes combine strength, yoga, and conditioning exercises to challenge you to the core. You will leave feeling stronger and more centered than when you walked in.
